You are at home in the saddle in even the most difficult of circumstances and know how to protect your mount from harm during poor conditions. Assuming you have the Ride Skill, you can direct your mount to take an Action, as well as a Move, without a Ride Test. If a Ride Test is required, you may make it with Advantage. Furthermore, when mounted in a Pursuit, add +1 to the animal’s Movement Attribute.
