You are especially skilled at drawing others into a quagmire of prolonged and frequently pointless argument. When you argue with someone, they must pass a Cool Test, opposed by your Charm, to disengage from a pointless debate with you. While arguing they are distracted, suffering a -3 SL penalty to most Tests unrelated to you, unless a more important issue is brought to their attention, or they are attacked.
