You can make shots of exceptional accuracy. Ranged Tests you make do not incur any penalties from your target being Prone or in cover. You may also perform feats of accuracy with your weapons that most would think impossible, such as cutting a hangman’s noose with an arrow or punching a hole in a tossed coin with a pistol shot. Such feats of marksmanship still require a successful Ranged Test, with the GM setting the difficulty.
