Your stern gaze and inspiring words motivate your soldiers to fight on to the end. All allies you influence with Leadership during battle (see page 169) may use your Leadership rather than their Cool to resist Fear until the end of the battle. The effect ends if you die, or while you are subject to Broken, Unconscious, or Fear Conditions.
